My story began in 1979 when I was hired to work for Blue Cross of Oregon. My experiences grew as I built my skills in several departments within the insurance company: claims, membership accounting, sales & marketing , and underwriting. This positioned me to understand a wide variety of needs, and professional insight for my future valuable clients. 

After leaving Regence Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oregon in 1995, I was hired at two independent insurance agencies, brokering health insurance plans to multiple small local businesses. In 1997, I became licensed to sell health and life insurance products in Oregon and Washington. From there, my experiences continued to grow, giving me a solid foundation to establish Dailey Insurance Services, established in January of 2002. 

With the many facets of health insurance, from sales to service, I know what to do to build your company's employee benefit package, assist as you as you learn about Medicare, and advise individuals and families as you navigate multiple health insurance plans. It's my practice to diligently handle my clients with integrity. I have a long history of building trust and lasting relationships.
